North Carolina infrastructure is not limited to roads and highways. Our infrastructure includes all publicly owned facilities:  offices, judicial buildings (court houses and jails), coast lines, ports, fire departments, waterways, reservoirs, water and sewage pipelines and treatment plants, dams, public schools, libraries, state universities, parks, bridges, telecommunications, and hospitals.  The FNCA Infrastructure Committee will be evaluating every public facility to recommend policy changes and physical upgrades that consider vital factors such as: public safety, efficiency, age of facility, and suitability for intended use.  Infrastructure review considers all aspects of the physical structures as well as relevant technical aspects including electrical requirements and internet availability.  FNCA will recommend whether to repair, modernize, repurpose, or replace all such facilities and commence projects to introduce new technologies and solutions to bring North Carolinians into a new era of living.
