Committees are the working component within the council model. Every assembly, at every governance level, has major committees which represent specific areas of responsibility. Every Assembly has a Restoration Committee. Committee members are selected based on their areas of expertise and commitment. FNCA has six (6) core committees that work with the Restoration Committee. The core committees are Environment, Education, Health & Wellness, Infrastructure, Life Services and New Technologies).
At every governance level of assemblies (National, State, County or Municipal) committees are responsible for researching and cataloging the needs of the people through a needs assessment process. Furthermore, the committees provide solutions and manage projects that fulfill the needs of the people. All our committees work together.
